New website

Start your website

Which one sounds like you?

This is the form for when you’re ready to go ahead. Just looking? Get a free sample first, with no obligation. After you send this, I reply within 48 hours. Next comes your one-page agreement (the terms, in plain words). Nothing is billed until you say “I agree.”

Something else (a team, church, nonprofit or event)? Use the business form and tell me in the last box, or just text me.

A business or shop

Tell me about your business

This takes about 15 minutes. Skip anything you're not sure about.

Only your name is required. The more you tell me, the fewer questions I'll have later. Anything you skip, I'll fill in from your Google and Facebook pages or ask you once, with your first draft.

Please don't enter any child's name or details. If a photo shows a child, tell me in the last box that a parent said it's OK, or leave that photo out.

About you

Best way to reach you
What kind of business is it?

Part 2 of 11

What you offer

Should the site show prices?
Where do you work?

Part 3 of 11

When are you open?

Part 4 of 11

How customers reach you

What's the one thing you want a visitor to do?

This becomes the big button on every page.

Which other ways should the site offer?

Tick all that apply.

Part 5 of 11

Reviews and links

I read these first, so I don't have to ask you things that are already there.

May I show your Google or Facebook reviews on the site?

Real reviews only, quoted word for word with the reviewer's first name.

Part 6 of 11

Photos and logo

All optional. One file per box.

Files can add up to 8 MB in total each time you send this form. A phone photo is often 2 to 5 MB, so attach one or two here, then text or email the rest to me. On a slow connection, send fewer files.

Who took your photos?

I can only use photos you took or have the rights to.

Until you have your own photos

Part 7 of 11

Look and feel

Colors
How should your site feel?

Pick up to 3.

Part 8 of 11

Licenses and promises

I only put on your site what you can back up, like a license number, an insurance card or a written warranty. Leave out anything you're not sure about.

Are you licensed for your work?
Are you insured?
Do you give a written guarantee or warranty?
Do you have to use a disclaimer?

Some health, beauty, money and legal businesses must say something like "Results vary".

Part 9 of 11

Package

All prices are plus 6% Kentucky sales tax, shown on your invoice. Half to start and half before your site goes live, by Square invoice, after you sign the one-page agreement; your deposit is fully refundable until I deliver your first draft. One round of changes is included, and the site is yours once the build price is paid. The terms, in plain words.

Which package?
Add a care plan?
Interested in the AI website assistant add-on?

Optional. A small chat box built to answer common questions only from information you approve (like any AI, it can make mistakes), and it takes callback requests. $150 setup + $29 a month, plus Kentucky sales tax. Needs a care plan (either one).

What do you want on the site?

Tick all that apply. I'll fit them into your package.

When do you need it?

Part 10 of 11

Domain

Your domain is your web address, like yourbusiness.com. It's in your name and costs about $10 to $20 a year.

Do you have a domain?

Part 11 of 11

Anything else

I use your answers only to build your website. I don't sell them. How I handle what you send.
