What the forms collect

You choose what to send. Nothing on this site asks for a password, a card number or a bank account.

• The free-sample form (home page): your name, your business name and your email, plus, if you add them, your phone, a link to your Google, Facebook or current website, and a message.
• The start-your-website forms (/start/): your answers about your business or your coaching work (what you offer, your hours, how customers reach you, reviews you want shown, your package and plan choices, your domain) and any photos or logo you upload. The business form needs only your name; the coach form asks for your name and a phone or email.
• Private client question forms (sent by link to clients whose site I’m building): your answers and any photos or logo you upload.

Where it goes

When you press Send, Netlify, the company that hosts this site, receives the form, keeps a copy in this site’s form inbox, and emails it to me. I read it to reply to you, to build your free sample or your site, and, if you go ahead, to fill in your agreement and your Square invoices.

How long I keep it

I delete every submission, photos included, from the host’s form inbox within 90 days of receiving it, or sooner if you ask. My email copy is my record of our conversation; if you’d like it gone too, ask (see your choices). Signed agreements and invoices are business records, and I keep those.

Who else sees it

I don’t sell what you send. Only the services I use for this site, my email and my billing handle it, each under its own terms:

• Netlify hosts this site and processes its forms, under its own privacy policy.
• Square sends my invoices. If you become a client, it gets your name, your business name and your email so it can send and record your invoice, under Square’s own terms.
• Google Fonts supplies this site’s typeface. Your browser fetches it from Google, which sees your IP address, as with any file loaded from another company’s server.
• My email runs on Google’s Gmail and Zoho Mail, which hold the copies of your form and emails that reach me, and the tools I use to read and sort my email can see them.

Calls, texts and email

If you call, text or email me, your number or address is on my phone or in my inbox. I use it only to reply to you about your website.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or ad trackers. If that ever changes, this page will say so.

Children

This site is for business owners, coaches and creators who are 18 or older, not children. Please don’t send any child’s name or details, and send a photo that shows a child only if a parent has said it’s OK. If I learn I’ve received a child’s details, I delete them.

Your choices

Email hello@krischandigital.com or text (606) 224-3709 to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. I reply within 48 hours.
